Our Pine River stay, was an interesting one. It has so much potential, but does need some serious tweaks. When we arrived, the grounds and outdoor areas looked wonderful! The giant ski jump was a sight to see. Upon check in, we went up to our room on the third floor and were immediately greeted with a very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The room was very small. The floor was sticky. The headboards were dusty. The bathroom door wouldn’t open because it hit the toilet. Had to stand in the shower to close the door behind me. The faucet in the shower was near the floor. The room door was very ill fitting and the light shined into the room all night. Tried to sit outside in the evening and the loud, obnoxious golfers had taken over all of the outdoor areas. Terribly disappointed and will not return or recommend to anyone.

Definitely not a 5 star. This place suffers from an identity crisis and lack of maintenance. Our bathroom was updated, but tiny. No exhaust fan. Poorly lit. And what's with the shower valve at knee height??? Overall our room was just poorly laid out. Replace the the AHU/Minisplit if its failing, the window ac is crap. Thankfully we only were there 1 night. Lots of potential, it could be a 5 star place. But it's not now.
