My family has been living here exactly a year now... If you have any problems with anything they are quick to fix and don't hassle you about getting anything fixed.. the dumpster area here actually stays cleaned!!! The rent here is the lowest that we have found in the area, very affordable!!! If you have any problems at all just talk to the landlord.. honesty is always the best policy! Most of us living here now help each other out, all of the kids usually play together here so its more than just renting a home but a family ... read more
