Benn going for almost a week and the place is great. Everyone is welcoming and kind. Workouts have been amazing.
This is a very friendly gym. They are extremely family friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, and accommodating to any physical needs. The facility is well maintained and equipped.
Great facility and friendly staff
I joined CrossFit on March 1st and I’m thankful I took the leap to do so. The coach’s and owners are absolutely amazing and so helpful with everything. Casey Cox is the coach I have during the mornings and he’s been absolutely amazing. Nobody makes you feel like your beneath anyone because your not on the same level. I highly recommend joining if you’ve considered it and talked yourself out of it.
