If I could give a zero star I would. This company is ran by slumlords based in Colorado. Stay away!!! The trailer (#18) has a mold problem they are just wanting to paint over, stairs aren’t even secured into the trailer like code requires, moved into the unit with cockroaches and had to spend hundreds of dollars to get rid of their roaches.
