Oh My Goodness! Mrs.Jeanetta (Front Office Personnel) was AWESOME!! She responded back to all our concerns in a timely manner, fast approved! She even picked out the mobile home for us and it was PERFECT! Throughout the whole process she was very informative and educational on the property. She remained calm the entire time! Even with a active kid with us! Thank you again for all you have done!
One of the managers, her names Angel, she was very informative and has great customer service. Nothing but great things to say about them. They are understanding and informs you if something needs to be corrected consistently, 10/10 recommend.
The process was an easy. Ms. Johnetta is great. She kept my informed every step of the way and her customer service is everything. She is very thorough & will make sure you understand all rules and regulations before signing lease! So far so good. And the home affordable and beautiful!
The property manager has a nasty attitude. And is very unprofessional. If you were not the type of person who stives for being a better person. You would want to get physical with her. She wasn't at the office when she was suppose to be. I was talking To Matthew on Turbo Tenant while she lied to him about her where abouts. A property manager like this is bad for business.
Really, what can I say? Let’s start here. I’ve been saying to my Fiancé (Jeff) that I want a house or preferably a Mobile Home and I wanted 3 Bedrooms. Well, one day, we just so happen to come pass Pine Meadow Estates and we applied. Long story short we did everything we were suppose to do and well, we are in our home with the option to purchase in 2 years.
