Yes this is a quiet community .No this is not a well kept community.I still cut my grass as well as many older residents do ,. because once a month or Less does not look like a prestine neighborhood . Snow removal ? Yes they do .Do they check it after the initial snow ?? Not really .The lot rent is steep and there is not cap ( keep that in mind ) . The Community Center is nice but how often do ya really need it. There is no fee to use and that's a plus . We walk on treadmills at Com Center and a very light gym .Not all equip... read more
