Would not recommend. This office threatened to cancel my appointment unless I gave a verbal confirmation, which I had scheduled weeks in advance. I had already confirmed when I booked the appointment, but apparently, the call was actually to “discuss payment.” Instead of just saying that, they used misleading language about “confirmation.” When I pointed this out, the receptionist hung up on me. Dr Larsen is Awesome. His staff and assistant are incredible. Best dentist I have had in my 60 years. Thank you so much for making my experience great.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Clean environment and very friendly staff. They were very quick and efficient with the whole process and very knowledgeable with questions.
I’ve been here a couple of times and they are always very welcoming and courteous as well as very accommodating.
Just had a root canal and it was probably the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Didn't feel a thing! They took the time to address my questions and concerns before and after treatment. Highly recommend Pine Lakes Endodontics!
