The entire staff at Pine Lakes Endodontics were friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. Dr Droll was exceptional. He took time to explain options and discussed what the procedure involved. The result was flawless surgical work that saved my infected tooth. 5 stars all the way!
Very apprehensive about getting a root canal when I had no pain. That 3-D X-ray that was taken, changed my mind. It was so phenomenal to see your teeth in a different perspective! Dr Droll answered all my questions in “layman terms” and explained the X-ray thoroughly. There was absolutely NO PAIN! All went well. Staff was also helpful with forms to fill out. I would highly recommend Pine Lakes Endodontics to all.
My husband had a root canal completed this week and had a great experience. They use the latest technology and he did not feel a thing! The staff were informative, friendly and professional.
The administrative staff could possibly use some polishing, but between the dentist and assistance they made a uncomfortable procedure very tolerable. High quality care, very informative, highly recommend.
Unbelievably great experience! I approached this root canal with a lot of trepidation and pain. The staff greeting me were friendly and sent out positive vibes. Dr. Droll did such a good job of making me comfortable by visiting with me about books.
