I live here. When you sign a lease, it is for life!!!!! If your spouse passes, you assume the leased land for life. Do not buy here. It is managed by ELS and they are horrible.
Coarse well cared for staff is friendly
Good course conditions , well maintained , lots of Par 3's. If you drive over 220 yards play the tips. Short Par 4's and only a couple holes over 350 yards . Friendly staff , hours are geared towards the retirement community as they close at 3:00.
