If I could give this place negative stars, I would be done. When we first moved in, nothing was cleaned out how we were told it would. Mold was in the bathroom for months before we moved in no one came to take care of it. The air ducts were never cleaned out, causing the house to wreak. Also, they never called pest control. How can I take them to court they are very rude embezzling money and altering the pay portal for us to pay more they use the lake water for our shower water drinking water etc it’s goes thru these mechanical tube to clean it then is divided thru homes , I need help I need a lawyer does anyone kno
It’s a filthy mess. There is no maintenance to fix any problem anyone has. We don’t have a maintenance man for the 8th time in one year, and no steady office manager for the 6th time in a year I would not recommend anyone moving in here unless it’s under new management. And the pictures I posted is nothing compared to what the rest of the park and the homes look like.
We lived there for 2 years. Had a hard time getting anything fixed. We were never late on rent. Moved out Feb 2 2020. Gave a 30 day notice, and we still have not received our deposit back. I have called the home office and they keep referring me to someone else. No one will tell me anything. No if I call from my phone they will forward me to voice mail.
