Terrible customer service, extremely rude owners. Two shirts torn. Put the blame back on the customer. Did not care a single bit. Wont go there again, even if I have to go out of the way to another place.

I am very disappointed with this dry cleaning shop. Both the owner and the employees lack integrity and reliability. Despite my trust in them, I entrusted them with a valuable $6,000 coat for dry cleaning. After a few days, they contacted me to inform that they were unable to clean it and asked me to retrieve the coat. When I received it back, I noticed clear signs of cleaning marks and significant fading in multiple areas (as shown in the picture).
