Horribly vicious owner. Buyers beware, do not invest any money trying to get into this park. If you’re lucky you’ll be turned down. Consider it a blessing.
Nice park, unique layout, but POORLY managed (understated)! Did you know that salted roads are bad for the well. The well that's over 200 feet deep...that well. Owner will NOT salt icy roads, and whoever plows hasn't got a clue!
We live here. Wished we could move. Landlady don't do anything about our safety here. She makes life here unsafe. She allows others to break the rules and others life is miserable living here. She retaliates if she doesn't like you. She hates complaints.
