This past year we worked with John Ferro and Pine Knoll to do some fairly major remodeling to our house, and we were THRILLED with their work!! I've been through several remodels and can say without a doubt that their work is high quality. Pine Knoll was amazing to work with and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of our project. We bumped out our eating area and moved the kitchen to that space which also created a bigger dining area. All of their subcontractors did fantastic work. My only issue was since the project was estimated but billed at time and materials, we went over budget by a fairly significant amount. We did change the scope a bit though.
