My brother has been in this facility for a little over two weeks. I am beyond disappointed with the way he has been treated by the facility administration, the ghost doctor, nursing administration, and nutritional services. My brother is a dollar sign on the ledger, not a person who needs help to gain independence after loosing his lower leg due to an infection going unchecked. My mom's there.no service dirty toom no TV can't get help she's 87 an in the rehab part the nurse cane in an gave her insulin an she jabed it in pulled it out insulin went flying all over her her cloths her puzzle book so how much insulin did she get 0 an walked out great job
If i could give this place NO stars i would. My mother-in law had a stay there and the attitudes of the staff was quite horrifying. The rehab was an absolute joke! The way they talked to my mother in law floored me. I wouldn't put my own worst enemy in that place. It truly should be shut down. If you don't enjoy working w/ old people, then why would you get a job working w/ old people!?????? Horrific place.
The company is a pleasure to work for and the residents are absolute gifts! Thank you for what everyone does all around :D
So far, I'm not impressed with the cleanliness of this place. The floors are filthy. My family member had blood stains on their sheets and chairs. Food splattered on the walls and hasn't been cleaned up. Left my family member sitting in wet clothes from overflowing diaper. My family member was there for rehab but got progressively worse from the lack of care. Had to return to the hospital.
