Went for an inspection. Promptly offered an appointment. Staff was helpful. Car would have failed inspection because of the wipers, however they offered to sell me a pair for $80, and an installation fee of $50 to help me avoid needing to come back and pay another inspection fee. I'm not a mechanic, however I'm thinking this was extremely overpriced. In the past the great guys at auto zone sold ma a pair for under $30 and offered to even assist putting them on. Fantastic and transparent local repair shop. Tom, the new Service Advisor, was very communicative throughout the entire process, providing me with a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle as well as some maintenance items with a breakdown of cost and even warranty information in a convenient estimate before performing any of the repairs. Professional, courteous, and puts in the extra effort. Very glad to have found this shop after my other mechanic just up and left. To illustrate the effort put in for customers, I have one of those after market “warranty” packages for an older car that the dealer sold me. Acts more like insurance, and you’re on hold forever. This shop, basically Tom at the desk, didn’t give up with getting in touch with that company and getting what I needed covered, which helped on my end a great deal. Very grateful for that!
