Pine has been an incredible part of my pre-natal and postpartum journey. I have accessed physio, chiropractor, psychology and lactation consultant services and all of the providers I have seen at the Edmonton and Sherwood Park locations are amazing. I highly recommend Pine!
If I could give o stars I would. After having a family emergency a few weeks ago which I called the clinic to let them know of the situation. Of course it was less than 24 hours notice, as it was an EMERGENCY. When I called the Sherwood Park Clinic this morning to rebook with the initial therapist of the name Kelly. I was, then told I couldn't reschedule with her. I asked why, the receptionist said I would have to talk with her supervisor. I started at Pine for Physio with Lisa and now have used the lactation consultant, counselling and chiro for myself and my children. All professionals I have met there have been fabulous and I love having my appointments at one location. I recommend this place to everyone.
I booked into an infant cpr/first aid program and called ahead to confirm it was taking place. Upon arrival, I was informed it was canceled. I had e-transfered my registration fee, and yet no one emailed, called, or reimbursed me until I showed up that evening. Very disappointing.
