Called to book an appointment, and spent a good chunk of time on the phone discussing who best to see in the time frame I needed it. Received an email back from the psychologist less than an hour later cancelling my appointment. Definitely won’t be booking any other services here.

If I could give o stars I would. After having a family emergency a few weeks ago which I called the clinic to let them know of the situation. Of course it was less than 24 hours notice, as it was an EMERGENCY. When I called the Sherwood Park Clinic this morning to rebook with the initial therapist of the name Kelly. I was, then told I couldn't reschedule with her. I asked why, the receptionist said I would have to talk with her supervisor. I am very thankful for the work that Mika has done to help me recover from my back injury. The acupuncture treatments that I received were essential to my recovery. Mika showed a great deal of skill, talent, care and kindness. She is also an extremely good listener. She understood my issue and knew exactly how to fix it. I cannot thank her enough for all her efforts.
