I had a very disappointing and frankly shocking experience at Pine Hollow Auto Care. About a month ago I brought my diesel truck in for a basic oil change. I was surprised when the bill came to around $500, but since I’m new to New York and diesel services can be more expensive, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid it. The whole team here is great! I find them to be honest, up front, very competitive and fast. Extremely easy to deal with, as well as very friendly.
Sounds silly but I do love my car and because I do I would not trust its care to anyone but Hedy and the team at Pine Hollow. Keeps us safe and ready for road trips!!
I want to say thank you to the entire shop my BMW needed front end work done and I took it into Pine Hollow auto I was told what was needed and from then on very professional and very knowledgeable and straight forward kept me up to date .
