I wished I had of read the reviews before I made a down payment on a trailer at this place. I have been waiting for them to call the inspectors so I can be able to have power turned on and move in. I am still waiting on it since Oct. 2017 and here it is almost the 1st of Jan. 2018. I've called the power company to schedule to have power turned on and they are too waiting to hear it's ok from Henry County inspectors. Gone a week with the water on for about an hour that entire time. I have made 3 phone calls with no response on the issue. It is now the weekend and expect the problem to be unresolved. That should tell anyone interested in living here what you want to know.
