I knew it was too good to be true as I had already met Director of Human Resources, Jessica, before during initial placement for my mom. I called The Springs today to wish my mother a Happy Valentine’s Day after receiving an email notification from the best florist in the world, Camden Flower Shop , that they had delivered my lovely mom’s snack basket around 10 am this morning. I spoke with someone who answered the main line & waited & waited & waited b/c I was totally prepared to wait forever if I had to instead of giving up & hanging up during the week/ day shift which is why is usually call/visit on the weekends. My brother got excellent care while he was a patient in The Springs of Camden. The administrative office manager, Jessica, the social worker, T, the nurses, and all the aides knew the importance of their jobs and performed their duties above and beyond expectations. My brother could be difficult at times, but they had unending patience with him. I was promptly called and kept informed of any changes in his circumstances. The Springs earned another big fat F on Feb 28, 2025 thanks to my beloved 85 year young mom’s head nurse for not notifying me that Mother’s thyroid test at Camden Hospital at 9am had been rescheduled before I drove 2 hours one way. Mom says she might get an hour notice before they load her up in the back of their van to get tossed around to some doctor’s appointment. The Director of Transportation, Mr. Jeffery Larcks, was an angel of mercy that day who apologized to me in my mom’s room & stated this kind of nonsense is typic... read more
They will keep you in detox as long as possible for money. They do not help you one on one I talked to the director Dr roark and she will put your spiritual harm against you to keep here. I could see through her she is very conniving and it's almost like the devil. She will say it's against the devil and she has definitely learned how to play the system and play people in.
