The new property manager is doing a great job. Its refreshing to finally have someone who cares in management here. Jason is great, great customer service.
Would not recommend going with this place at all. The manager and maintance man are very nice. But other then that, that is the only nice thing I can say. Constantly having to boil your water is no fun. They will constantly find something wrong with your trailer that they give ridiculous time frames to get it done. When I went to them to sell my trailer to them, they told me no at first. I was behind on my rent, so I understood it and no big deal.
