my mom lives here and she had some tree issues for quite some time , Candice who used to be in the office was nice but shed always give us the run around and lie to us about some list , first time meeting the new manager and he followed us back to our trailer and trimmed the branch on our roof himself and scheduled someone to look at it and gave us an actual date! it feels nice to finally be able to get ahold of somebody !
The new property manager is doing a great job. Its refreshing to finally have someone who cares in management here. Jason is great, great customer service.
Would not recommend going with this place at all. The manager and maintance man are very nice. But other then that, that is the only nice thing I can say. Constantly having to boil your water is no fun. They will constantly find something wrong with your trailer that they give ridiculous time frames to get it done. When I went to them to sell my trailer to them, they told me no at first. I was behind on my rent, so I understood it and no big deal.
