I have used Pine Hill for approximately 10 years. They cut my lawn and do a good job. when I need extra work and give them a call. They’re always responsive and call back quickly. They also clean my gutters and do occasional trimming of my bushes, and I’ve always been happy with the work.
Pine Hill cleared a yard on my street in November 2023, and deposited the leaves in a pile on the front edge of the property. It is mid-March 2024, and they STILL have not picked up the leaves, which blow into everyone else's yard now. Come back to Branch Road in Wilbraham and finish the job!!!

Ordered 2 cord of firewood and scheduled delivery they no showed wasted day waiting for them. Got that sorted out paid cash for my firewood then noticed that 40% was too long beyond 16" which was discussed when ordered. Worked for weeks to get a resolution - responses "I let the boss know" I finally just cut the rest myself. Don't use them, if you do use a CC -don't pay cash
