Poor poor service quality! While their staff is polite, the issues they purportedly fixed have broken again in just two months. Be cautious! It is the exactly the same issue caused the problem, the tech just temporarily fixed it. It won't be long before it breaks again, and they'll charge you once more for their inadequate work. When you inquire, they simply mumble, "OH, OH, we only offer a 30-day warranty." I use Pine Heights for all my commercial kitchen repairs. Danny and his Techs are great. They are honest, skilled and their fees are reasonable. I have used Pine Heights for 10 years now and wont deal with anyone else.
