I don't even live here, but a close friend does. I was told the lot rent is somewhere in the 500s. No lawn service. No amenities. Someone is getting filthy rich
Visiting the area in my motor home and this was the only place available for a monthly rate. The front of the park looked decent however the deeper in you drive, the more it looks like a junkyard/homeless encampment. The front of the park had a lot of vacancies and I was told to “just pick a spot.” I chose a spot close to the office and stayed one month.
