BUYER BEWARE - Was looking into buying a manufactured home in one of their communities and was forced into paying $1,000 before I could see if I could be approved for a loan and before I could apply to be approved to live in the community. It was hard to get a hold of park office management by phone or in person, so that made me reconsider what living there would be like. Communication was very poor. And they kept my money. Waste a total waste of time.
I don't even live here, but a close friend does. I was told the lot rent is somewhere in the 500s. No lawn service. No amenities. Someone is getting filthy rich
