Nice homes and ability to view customizable features. Very low pressure sales team but very helpful when you need them
My mobile home is 3yrs old (built in June of 2021) and just over 2yrs of being here (October of 2023) I noticed a crack in the ceiling starting. It got really noticeable or ‘wide’ over the winter and less so through the summer. There’s 2 and they go the width of the house. There’s nothing to explain the cause. The house is on a concrete slab and I’m told that, because of that, it shouldn’t be due to settling.
