This place is operated by extremely greedy and not creative individuals. Lets first discuss the laundry situation. I am paying $1345.00/mo for a 1bd 1 bath and spend $1.50 to wash and $1.75 to dry. Secondly, the pool area has no trash can nor does the property provide umbrellas. Just cook in the sun is the message. Additionally, the building smells gross! My unit in particular has dog hair from the previous tenant aswell as grease from the black lab dog. It is embedded in the floor in the kitchen and the smell wont go away. ... read more
Management communicates clearly. Problems are fixed in a timely fashion. Most of the tenants are pretty quiet—lots of younger couples, single people and some retirees. Ive been here 3 years and have enjoyed it.
The apartment itself is pretty nice and has a few signs of wearing, but not bad at all. The common spaces look nice and are kept clean. You'll want a different shower head for sure! The neighbors seem pretty nice and respectful. Around 3-4PM it does get loud upstairs. It is right when school is ending and doesn't last very long, so I think that's pretty expected in an apartment. I've lived here for 7 months. I have no complaints. I live on the first floor next to the main entrance. I don't hear my neighbors. It's quiet. The management is easy and great to work with. Pet friendly is a huge bonus for us ESA folks. The laundry room is reasonably priced and good machines. The overall building is clean. Many amenities included: swimming pool, exercise room, library, sitting areas, laundry area, free rental of the community room, and a mailing section. All the neighbors I've met are kind.
A nice community to live. Relatively quiet, especially after 10 pm. We find this facility to be safe and secure. It's great to have a paved walking/bike path right out the door.
