Manager never on - site. Never answers phone or return calls. These apartments need new carpet inside. Update them.
I lived here 25 years ago. And it has only gotten better.
My daughter applied here a year ago. It was her first apartment. She was so proud to find and go through the process of renting her first apartment. The apartment manager told her that there was a program available for first time renters with no rental history and so that information alone encouraged her to spend the application fee money $75 and apply.
