I will not do business with this company again. For a business as big as this, you would think you would have better staff (Alicia) that would care about the integrity of your business. Equipment worked fine, but you can find the same stuff at many other places. I would suggest getting your equipment somewhere else where the people are actually helpful and care about the money you're spending here.

My experience with this business as a commercial scrap metal provider has been unsatisfactory. The customer service, particularly from Alicia, was unprofessional and problematic. She did not facilitate a smooth transaction and was difficult to work with. In contrast, we had a positive interaction with Carolyn, who was informative and courteous.
