The entire process with Pine was extremely frustrating. I requested a quote for $10K+ worth of equipment and never heard back. I arranged for a rental, and it was not ready the day I asked for it. I was then overcharged for the rental from the initial quote. Try QNDE, where the support and communication have been exceptional.
This place is ridiculous! Had an account set up with them and they send its only good for 6 months and that it takes 4 to 5 hours to set up an account. Meanwhile I have field people that just need 100 feet of low density tubing and they can't get it. Terrible. Just go to Osprey.
