Today I had a dental checkup and x ray at Pine Dentistry, Winchester Va location. I am really very thankful to Heather at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me with my issue. She was super sweet and resolved my concern very efficiently. Her positive demeanor with the eagerness to help me really made my trip worthwhile. Staff was professional. I am very satisfied with the way I was taken care of. Thank you all at Pine Dentistry, Winchester VA.
The service I receive in the office today was absolutely horrible. Laying tools ect on the chest of the patient, jerking the face of the patient around, talking rudely…. The whole experience today was ridiculous. Not to mention that the office really needs to be deep cleaned or remodeled. It just doesn’t look clean. I am currently searching for a new office.
Very disappointed with the atmosphere as it felt like as a patient my child was an inconvenience to staff. And with the information given arrived to find out that the dentistry couldnt even provide the service my child was referred for.
It’s hard to get in contact with the office directly. My daughter got her braces on at the beginning of this year and the orthodontist had two separate same day cancellations. (She has to go once a month for retightening and we’ve only attended 3 appts out of 5 that were scheduled) After getting a text saying they would contact us to reschedule a make up day for the following week, we didn’t get a call back.
