We showed up 9min late because we came a half hr in traffic and they denied seeing us because we didn’t call while I’m driving in traffic but last time we were in there he left us waiting in a chair for 1hr and barely apologized but that was ok. They could have made an acception there was 1 other patient in the waiting room and the predure isn’t even that long. Won’t be back
I would not consider Dr.Aram to do any kind of procedure on a dead enemy let alone anyone I care for! Seriously neglagent an I ended up in the hospital with an abcess infection with teeth I had no issues with that he demolished I am by far disgusted an they will screw up your teeth to suck that insurance $ up an thats not fair !! -10 *
This place was not at all Clean or kid friendly… there was bloody trash on the floor under the counters, and there was also blood exposed on top of a full trashcan. As soon as the dentist and the Assistant sat down together, they started to show my four-year-old daughter who needed a filling, the sharp tools they were going to use on her so she immediately started freaking out. We like the Pine Denist they are all nice. The call center can be very confussing...
My daughter loves them so far. Definitely recommend she went last year for a cleaning and this year she came back for her cleaning again, and she had the same dentist as last year and I love that .
