I have been looking for a dentist to stick with for my sons and PINE DENTISTRY is by far the most organized, clean and helpful.Quick and easy appointment scheduling, no extra long wait times I love it.Everything is a breeze with them I have no complaints.
I whis I can give them no stars they are the worst dental office I’ve ever been to in my entire life and they have nobody in charge that you can talk to no corporate head no Supervisor no nothing Got there early one day wouldn’t let us sign the clipboard until the dentist got there so stepped out to grab a cup of coffee and came back and they said I had to reschedule but if they’re late and they have a lobby full of people and kids they’ll have you waiting for hours before they call your name so they could be late all they w... read more
Customer service was great, however the process from entry to finishing was extensive and disappointing. Our total visit was 3 hours, we waited 1 hour in the lobby, got to the back and waited another hour to be seen, then another hour to hear from the doctor... what a day. A dental visit should not feel like an emergency room visit!
My child was shown great care during our visit to Pine Dentistry & Braces. The staff was kind and made the experience comfortable. We will be visiting again!
