From the time we entered the office until we left, everyone was professional, thorough & helpful. Every procedure was mainly explained and all of our questions were answered.
This location is extremely unprofessional and has been very frustrating to deal with. They rarely answer the phone, and they do not properly notify patients when appointments are canceled. I haven’t been seen since I paid off my braces, yet my braces are literally cutting into my gums, and I’m noticing spacing developing between my teeth. Updated review 8/31/26: This service has gone downhill! They have an orthodontic side that NEVER answers the phone. You are constantly are routed to the call center (that CANNOT schedule ortho appts) and they try many times to reach someone at the office but to no avail, which is ridiculous! I've attempted to make an appt for over 2 weeks calling every other day but have gotten no response or call back. I started bringing my son here when it was "Kool Smiles".
