This place sucks, as a grad student the worst thing you can do is try to make appointments here. If I loved suffering this would be the one place I’d come to all the time. Some of there reviews are fake too, some of the names of the people who have worked there are in these reviews giving them 5 stars. I will not recommend going to this dental establishment. Staffs are very rude, not professional and the wait time is so long, your appointment that should only take 30 minutes- 1 hour will be 3 hours or longer than that. They don’t know how to explain the charges and the deductible from our insurance. When you ask questions they will answer you in a rude way, so you won’t feel comfortable asking more questions but I need to, to know what we are paying for.
