I was seen here on December 14th, 2023 as a new patient and was forced to do a deep cleaning “for my dental health”, and I ended up paying around $1,000 more than expected. 18 months later I called to schedule a regular cleaning but when I arrived I was told I had to do X-rays again. I know that I can sign an X-ray refusal form and delay X-rays for up to two years but they refused to let me do this. I love the dentist. He pulled my teeth on an emergency notice and it was painless. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I did not want the anesthesia injections due to pain in the past with previous dental doctors. It was no pain. He took care of me and ensured I was comfortable and in no pain. He remembered me and was funny. Great personality and sweet staff.

Best Dental experience ever. The staff was friendly, dental assistant Kenya was excellent. I feel very comfortable with Dr Hoang. I recommend this dental office to everyone!

The worst place to go for a dental appointment they overcharge front desk are disrespectful. The front desk so rude and nasty. I would not recommend this place to my enemy or no one?

Bought the groupon for the more expensive cleaning- FMD cleaning. I called and spoke to front desk lady Nicole to ask if I needed to get my wires off of my braces. I clarified with her 3 times and she stated she had asked the dental hygienist and said that I did not need to take off the wires. I got there, Noura, the dental hygienist told me I should have taken off the wires for the cleaning. She told me that she told Nicole I should have taken my wires off.
