If i could give - stars i would. I am so disgusted by this builder. We have been in our home 2 years and we have had all 3 bathroom sinks leaking, floor boards popping up, leak in sealing due to possible pipe seal breaking. We have spoken to neighbors who have had multiple issues as well. We have spoken to warranty about these issues but because its outside of a year they wont cover it. Is there a -10 rating!? This doesnt even deserve 1 star. I agree with every single negative review here. We still have issues we find every few weeks and we have been here only 2 years. Its pathetic. Also the warranty department is literally NO help. They will do everything they can to ignore you and when you actually reach someone they will tell you its not under warranty anymore. For example.
