We purchased a 8x10 custom shed from Pine Creek Structures and the price was fair, the quality was outstanding and the delivery service was very impressive and professional. I would recomend them to anyone who wants a quality shed or garage.
We purchased the 14x40ft two story Cap-Cod style garage. the delivery was very difficult as the structure needed to come up a hill and over a bridge to cross our creek. Then, a sharp turn to back it into place. The delivery men made it look so easy! The finish carpenters arrived the next day to complete the assembly of the second floor. Pine Creek Structures did an excellent job with building my 12 x 10 Storage shed. The workmanship in this building structure was more than expected. It is just a solid building enough to store my riding lawn mower, regular mower, ceramic table saw etc and other items and material. They provide interior shelving that's optional and give you the leftover Bldg material for future needs. I am just overly happy with my storage building purchase. Lifetime warranty is included

If your looking to complete this project, Dave was informative, the shed came out perfect in detail and the delivery/installation went smoothly. Dave even referred guy named Bill who did a great job at the removal of my old shed and the addition of a new pad.
