I would highly discourage anyone considering going here to pick anywhere else if you want any kind of honesty from you veterinarian. The person on the phone I scheduled with assured me that my request for medication refill was not an issue, I just needed to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I sat in a room for 45 minutes before the vet came in, then proceeded to do a checkup, knowing my primary reason for the visit was medication refill. Pine Creek has always been welcoming, flexible, and informative. They will provide options when available, and even home remedies. They were very accommodating while we were out of town and our sitter had to take our dog to the vet. I was able to speak with them on the phone through the sitter to go over information, and they also explained how to use the treatment for our dog. Wonderful practice!
I’m so thankful to have found this vet office in the past year! We love Dr. Hayleigh! She has been so patient and kind throughout my senior dog’s CHF diagnosis. She spent so much time with me during our first visit to educated me on the diagnosis, and has been great ever since!
