I brought my basically "dead" computer to Tim at Pine Computer in South burlington. He in turn, basically "resurrected" my dead computer. He is a genius at the very least! I cannot thank you enough Pine computers. My recommendation is a 5 +! Your fees were MORE than reasonable and your service with a smile makes it all complete. Make no more mistakes people. Pine computer is the place to be! I read a review from 2009. Well just know that the new ownership beats that down for sure.
Initially, I was surprised by the steep price for the repair, but they said the jack was in a tough spot to fix. Turns out they sent it away to be fixed, after a week, I called THEM to find out it was sitting in the shop finished - they hadnt called me to come pick it up. Ok, so far, kinda bumpy but then the jack repair was iffy from the start and within a month it was totally out. I returned it to them and they seemed kind of ambivalent and were content to pawn the blame off on the outsourcing but ignored the fact that I pa... read more

I have been in to pine a few times in the past 6 months and they have helped me a ton with both my computers. my laptop needed its screen repaired and colin did a great job! my desktop kept coming up with a blue screen and starting over and over, it took a few days but they came through! and i have never met a friendlier staff.
