The most BODGEY unprofessional real estate there is! Never buy sell or rent with them all they do is take money from people and not deliver on it. Mum and dad business that really is bottom of the barrel. And the staff are rude
I rented with Pine City for 1.5 years, good communication and support throughout my tenancy and really understood my situation at the end of my lease. :)
Don't bother with this realestate if cassie is the property manager, she is rude will breach for tiny things, refuse to allow you to rectify anything after bond and will take all your bond, she will add things to the bond that were there prior to moving in. Then when you try to have a conversation about these things she will cut you off, talk over you and change the subject of what you are trying to explain!!! Very sad someone like this is going to bring down a really good realestate down.
Terrible service, poor commitment to solving problems with the properties, and their ethics regarding the handling of payments are highly questionable.
