I rented with Pine City for 1.5 years, good communication and support throughout my tenancy and really understood my situation at the end of my lease. :)

Don't bother with this realestate if cassie is the property manager, she is rude will breach for tiny things, refuse to allow you to rectify anything after bond and will take all your bond, she will add things to the bond that were there prior to moving in. Then when you try to have a conversation about these things she will cut you off, talk over you and change the subject of what you are trying to explain!!! Very sad someone like this is going to bring down a really good realestate down.

Terrible service, poor commitment to solving problems with the properties, and their ethics regarding the handling of payments are highly questionable.

In later years he also held the position of Registrar of Births, Marriages and Deaths for the district. ... read more

After renting a home for over two years with Pine City Properties, we regularly passed inspections with flying colours (they would even leave a note thanking us for upholding a high standard of cleanliness) and when given the opportunity the owner initially didn't increase our rent. Yet Cassie continued to do everything in her power to make our lives difficult, regularly bringing my partner to tears... read more
