I echo what others claim about Dr. Luchansky. I have no idea what went wrong in that guy's life, but he shouldn't be working with the general public, especially littles.

My daughter absolutely loved it at UPMC she felt very comfortable/safe. She loved her therapist’s: Brian, Mauve,Ron,and John. Would definitely recommend.
Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Calling, getting an appointment, and the actual appointment take long! I called multiple times and was unable to talk to an actual person. I made a contact lense appointment for my daughter which was canceled thru a voicemail (which I still have). I rescheduled the contact lense appointment. They did a regular annual eye appointment and NOTHING with contacts. Told us we'd need to come back which could be months after telling me they only did an annual eye exam.
