I stopped into this store based solely on the great reviews and convenient location, and I’m so glad I did. The owner was on a call with a client when I arrived, but he still made sure to take care of us right away. He was wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to helping. He took the time to explain why my diamond ring had become loose, even showing photos to make everything clear, and then fixed it quickly and expertly. I’ll absolutely return for any future jewelry needs!

I went in with my mom to buy myself a gold necklace and quickly found what I was hoping to find. She also found a beautiful gold pendant for a chain she already had. I scrapped an old gold ring and was able to put it towards my purchase. I ended up needing to go back for a longer chain and Ishmael, (owner) was happy to take back the original chain, and I paid the small difference for the longer one. I remember feeling really thankful I had walked into his store and left with exactly what I needed.
