So far our experience has been really positive. Customer service on the phone has been excellent, the location is brand-new so perfectly clean. Access in and out is easy and we are expecting a very good experience storing our household goods with Pine Brook Storage.

Nothing but great things to say for Pine Brook! I rented a storage unit when they had first opened, and even though i was only there for a few short months, i have nothing but great things to say! Whether it’s about the spacious units, the great staff, or the easy to find area. This unit is very desirable and i highly recommend. Future, if i ever need another storage unit, i will for sure contact them!
