Overall Maintenance works very well with everyone in the community they are very friendly as well as being on top of work orders. Unfortunately my building (the structure) suffers from a roach problem and it seems to still be present a year Later. Always quick
I lived here a little over a year….I would not recommend it. The only reason they should get 1 star is because the maintenance team was great. Like others who have posted, we also had mice in our apartment despite keeping a clean home - the issue was not, I believe, a lack of pest treatment, but rather was due to the majority of residents…quality of living. People regularly left garbage bags sitting in the hallways (despite staff telling them not to) and there were so many nasty garbage/waste smells coming out of homes. I su... read more
