Overall Maintenance works very well with everyone in the community they are very friendly Unfortunately my building suffers from a roach problem and it seems to still be present 2 years Later. I’ve had my apartment treated with chemicals about 4 times maybe more already for the roaches but I see roaches on what once was the weekly and NOW the daily. Your packages WILL get stolen here. absolutely will get stolen, theres no cameras and the housing office doesnt care. If you move here, make sure you have a secondary safe location to have stuff delivered.
Our move was fantastic; the reception staff helped us with everything we needed.
