Almost certain these positive reviews are bots. Unfortunately my building suffers from a roach problem and it seems to still be present 2 years Later. I’ve had my apartment treated with chemicals about 4 times maybe more already for the roaches but I see roaches on what once was the weekly and NOW the daily. The building did a whole mandatory roach treatment in August 2025. But has gotten worse since then. I have lived at Pine Brook for almost 6 years, and I have had a pleasant experience here. Tracy, the Property Manager is always helpful when I am having issues with things in my apartment that need fixing or just need anything in general she is always professional and has a smile on her face. I do not plan on leaving Pine Brook because of how helpful she has been to me and my family.
Jesse did the work and checked it this morning and put another coat of drywall mud and did a great job
