My fiance and i lived here for 3 years,moved because rent went up. We never had problems with pests but the unit next to us when they moved out had a dead mouse,but i never seen anything before this. The maintenance were nice and always fixed what was needed fixing. We were actually really happy staying here ,at the time was leaving to buy a house,that isnt going to happen. We would definitely lease here again .

I had a carbon monoxide alarm go off because of the batteries needed to get replaced . Maintenance came fairly quick and handled the issue . Very good
Did a great job replacing and fixing the light but the water pressure in the kitchen is lower than the one in the bathroom now the shower is fine. I took videos. I will show you tomorrow
