Very expensive - asked several times to communicate when maintenance was schedule so we could make sure items that we wished to have done were also included. Showed up on a sunny Saturday afternoon at 2:10 WITHOUT notice. Weeded for 50 minutes. We were charged $310. Labor for weeding is 70/hour. Supposedly they used 2 containers of weed killer.
