Quality of care and response time are unexceptable from the provider. You may have to wait a month or more for a callback from a provider for labs and/or test results. Don't waste time or money. The MA and receptionist are generally good. I will be calling the hospital for further assistance related to this clinic.

I'm roadtripping across the country alone, and became ill. This was the closest medical clinic/hospital, as I couldn't drive anymore. These ladies immediately helped me and even went above and beyond by trying to find me a hotel room in the area. You don't come across customer service like this very often anymore.

This clinic is completely negligent in their practice. A close family member repeatedly went in to get seen for serious discomfort they were experiencing and was told it was related to Covid. They didn't take him serious or do future tests, they left him with these symptoms for months until he had a heart attack. Their poor care could have lead to his death. For your safety if you have something more than the flu, go to Cheyenne.
