The staff is excellent and very helpful and Dr. R is fantastic as well as his nurse. Very proud to have this VA clinic near me.
Have never even seen a doctor there yet, actually they don't even have a provider there. They do keep up with my prescriptions for me thankfully.
We are very grateful to have met the beautiful woman in this clinic.I came in very hard to walk having my daughter Coco to help me.. My Doctor gave me a steroid infection in my hip and within minutes I was able to walk. I truly appreciate and THANK Amanda,Nurse Wendy, Ginger and My Rhemetorid Arthritis Doctor.
At the old office they were great. Now, my call almost always goes to a fairly useless call center. This is ridiculous. Better facilities but the level of care is dropping. Since covid started I have not even seen my doctor. It's sad that I have to go to Little Rock every time I need something
In and out with courtesy.
