Tom seems like an accommodating service center manager, but their service / labor charges seem incredibly high. I declined some additional fixes they suggested, including a brake light that was out. I usually change my own brake lights. The person following me to the service center made no mention of my brake light being out when I dropped the car off. When I picked up my car and got home to change the light, I saw that the screws were popped out, meaning that the service center opened the brake light. They did this to check... read more

$93 for Outback oil change. EXPENSIVE is an understatement!
They made me feel valued as a customer. First time here and it was a positive experience. Not cheap, but you are involved in every step of the way and can accept or refuse recommended services. Employees were lovely. Recommended.
Subaru service employees went above and beyond - due to a recent injury, I caused a situation that Tom, Joe, Carson and Kayli all handled with professionalism and nderstanding. Amazing crew and team work. Mike Rossi you can be proud of all of them!!
