They made me feel valued as a customer. First time here and it was a positive experience. Not cheap, but you are involved in every step of the way and can accept or refuse recommended services. Employees were lovely. Recommended.
Subaru service employees went above and beyond - due to a recent injury, I caused a situation that Tom, Joe, Carson and Kayli all handled with professionalism and nderstanding. Amazing crew and team work. Mike Rossi you can be proud of all of them!!

I had an emergency situation where all the warning lights on my 2021 Suburu Outback appeared out of nowhere. I was leaving on vacation to New Hampshire the next day and was planning to drive that car. I called the call center to find out my normal service manager no longer worked at Pine Belt Subaru. The call center employee was not overly understanding that I needed to get the car in fast as I didn’t feel it was safe to drive eight hours. As always a wonderful and professional experience! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get an appointment with them that fit my schedule, so I went with another dealership. The other dealership was good, but unfortunately for me they missed the fact that my tire was bad and just topped the air pressure off after completing an oil change. When the tire pressure light came on again I called pinebelt and they were able to fit me in immediately! They discovered the problem and replaced the front 2 tires while I waited!
