Pine Belt Mazda service answering service is total disgrace. I had to cancel an appointment I had on a Thursday to a Saturday, I was told to call the next day because the parts might be in to fix a airbag sensor. Well I called today and the lady on the phone had bad customer service. I was told to call today if the parts were in, she told me you are wrong and we always have the parts in a nasty way that I've been doing this for 35 years "just to let you know" insinuating that I was low IQ...I'm so sorry I purchased my new CX... read more
