Pinebelt Mazda is a fantastic dealership to work with! My salesman, Anthony, is very professional in helping with a vehicle I was interested in. He was able to take us to see the vehicle in person at another Pinebelt dealer getting checked on prior to sale. The vehicle is in great condition for the mileage and being able to test drive it was great. Going through with finance was quick and easy. Overall, I’m happy that I came to Pinebelt Mazda and would recommend to friends and family!
Had a check engine light , they charged diagnostic fee, replaced the battery and then still had the light so they claimed it was a “new issue” with the 12v battery which is covered under warranty and will have in three weeks, never heard from anyone afterwards and still paid for a report newer car , and still have the same issue ongoing .
