Wired full funds in December but was not taken to be recorded until mid January when we couldn’t get water or power on the new property because it was not yet in our name. Missed eligibility for homestead exemption. Deed finally recorded but with the wrong names and sent to the wrong address which neither have been corrected because today March 3 finally received title insurance paperwork but once again sent to the wrong address!
The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. They made the process so easy, I will definitely recommend and be using them myself for all future transactions.
