I did rate this dealership 5 stars. The last time I was there the service was good, but the estimated time was way off. The service manager said 2 hours max for the job, it took 7 hours. It is a good thing I asked to be taken home instead of waiting like I normally do. I guess I will rate the work a 5, and the estimate a 1. I will continue to take my business there.
