I text Patricia Tuesday afternoon (February 23, 2021), about getting an oil change set up and she said someone would be by Wednesday morning. Porter was here by 8:50 am to pick my vehicle up and returned my vehicle back to me at 11:30 am. Thank you Pine Belt Chevy for always taking care of me. We bought our brand new Traverse back in 2020 from Chase and we haven't regretted it one bit. Everyone treats you like family and makes you feel as if you are the only customer they have!!
