I am deeply disappointed and outraged by my experience at Pine Animal Hospital. I brought my two dogs in for routine vaccinations, and they both left traumatized, unable to walk. When I called to request medication to ease their obvious pain and soreness, the vet refused. This clinic still enforces an outdated curbside drop-off policy (originally a COVID measure) and now charges extra if you want to accompany your pet—a policy that is both exploitative and detrimental to the well-being of the animals they claim to care for.... read more
